If I ever want to travel I will never ever us them in my life.

I booked a Chessington World of Adventure ticket and hotel package for £262.60 about a week ago to go with my boyfriend from 21-24 of march (easter period ). My boyfriends mother is really sick and admitted in hospital so we decided to call them up to ask if we could get a refund cos it wasn't looking likely we were going to travel giving 10 days notice. They said well the theme park ticket are non refundable and the hotel booking would be subject to a fee. We said okay thats fine as long as we don't forfeit all our money . They called to say they can not refund the money and that the hotel is non refundable and theres nothing they can do about it.
