General Comments
I made a theatre booking way in advance, and realized seconds after submitting my order that I had clicked on the wrong date by mistake. I contacted them straight away to ask them to move the booking by 1 week, and they said they could not. Apparently it is just tough luck. I found it hard to talk to someone and the email responses I received seemed to be stock replies which did not answer all of my specific questions. I'm sure London Theatres would always alter a booking date for me, given enough notice - so why are lastminute saying this is impossible? I have no idea. The result is that I have spent money on tickets I cannot use, and there will be empty theatre seats on the night. I feel this is a pointless waste of money!
