“Efficient friendly service, fulfilled our needs”

Contacted deal direct after poor experience with my own bank. I found the service here thorough, they sought out best deal to meet our needs. Good level of contact via phone and email. I liked the fact they kept us fully informed, updates regularly.and we're confident they could secure a good deal for us-which they did. Only slight negative was being asked for same information a couple of times, twice I could see why as information we sent was slightly blurred, but final time clear copies sent but had to resend. All in all though very clear process, made every step easy and have end result we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend this team.
