Good Points
Initial impression OK. The online system showed air fare offers reasonably quickly and online booking was comparable to most of the agents.
Bad Points
Total lack of email communication with customer other than automated responses when small problems arise i.e. itinerary changes. Also this is a company that charges its customers to speak with them on the telephone making telephone communication a profit centre.
General Comments
Once this company has your money they very quickly lose interest.
The quality of service at best, is basic, at worst, rock bottom compared with companies I have used in the past.
After my experience with "Opodo" I would never use them again and could not recommend them to anyone.
