“I signed up for the free trial of this online slimming...”

I signed up for the free trial of this online slimming club, but found the website very difficult to navigate. After 3 days I tried to call them to cancel my free trial and any subsequent membership payments, but their number is unobtainable! I faxed and emailed them, but no response has been received. I today found out that I have been charged £10 for membership fee for the next month! Once again, I have tried to call - same outcome - so have emailed them again. How on earth do I get my money back if they do not respond????????



I would NOT recommend this online slimming club, for obvious reasons.
