I have tried many times to pay my card in full, online or over the phone using both Denhams & Santanders site with no luck. When you get through on the automated phone line, you end up talking to someone with a steong Asain accent that is difficult to understand. I gave up in the end.

My advise is to steer clear of Debenham Cards, they are not worth the hassle
