Thursday 18th November 2010 3 DAY DIET
I have completed this diet tonnes of times. Yes it IS a temprary weight loss plan but arn't all relistically temporary? until we loose the weight we want to? I have always been very successful. I have just started it again to loose some poundage for christmas skinny clothes lol. I started on monday 15th and have lost 3lbs already I always continue the diet for the following 4 days sometimes i stick to more or less the same food but a little more vegetables and fruit, only for the first week then follow 3 days following the 3 day diet then for 4 days have 3 well ballanced healthy eating plan. I usually loose about 6 lbs which is fantastic in the first week, then 3 from then on which is healthy. It IS a very hard plan to follow but my key that got me through was to drink plenty of water through the day or even Sugar free juice with water.I always take a auplimentary multi vitamin too.
