“I have owned a tefal pro express for over six years...”

I have owned a tefal pro express for over six years now and not had any major problems other than the covering over the cable retracting half way down the cable.this happend faily quickly though !.also have dirty water flowing out,but i think its only when the iron is on the cooler settings ?I would like to have the covering on the cable repared if anyone can tell me who and where ,i would be more than greatfull. thanks..
