I have done the 3 day diet a few times in the past and found it to be really good. I started back on it on wed and weighed myself this morning and have lost 8lb :) I think its a really good way to give you a kick start to weight loss. I have a total of 2st to loose for my holliday in September, on the 4 days off i will be following weight watchers. Good luck to everyone who gives it a go.
