I suffer from travel sickness if I'm a passenger in a car/bus/coach and now trains. If the journey continues long enough I get the full works - nausea, headache, hot flushes, dizzyness, being 'not with it' as well as hyperventilation followed by pins and needles in my hands a lips from not breathing properly! I've suffered since a child and it's never gone away, until now!
Sea Legs were the first thing I tried and, for me, they work like a miracle. I still get tensions headaches and they make me a bit drowsy, but they completely eliminate the nausea which is by far my worst symptom. I can even read magazines and maps which previously would have made me vomit in about 2 minutes!
Well worth a try if you're struggling with motion sickness.
