“Treat your staff well, they will treat us customers...”

Getting through to tech support is a struggle, always get through to amazing people but they seem to be pushed to the limit and not appreciated. One person I spoke to was a very lovely chap who went above and beyond to get my computer working and he deserves a pay rise. Get more people to work and award everyone with their hard work. I dislike waiting on the line, because it's not the advisors becuase they do their best all the time.
