This dishwasher has been easy to use and has great capacity. I've had mine for 3 years and 11 months and have never had a problem with it. It washes perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone. We must have it on at least 3 times a week. There is nothing I dislike about it. I can't believe that overall it has such a poor rating.
