This machine is rubbish, in fact we bought Hotpoint appliances throughout when we moved home 2 years ago. All are now on the tip. Fridge lasted 1 year and two days, washing machine just under two years and now the FDW60 dishwasher has just been skipped.I don't know whats happened to this company but they produce expensive garbage . Their customer support is a joke .I didn't even bother trying to repair any of these items as I just don't want that brand in my home. Avoid Hotpoint,Indesit and whirlpool (same company) at all costs and purchase a decent brand
