Have been a member of Greens in Birmingham for a long time, and have noticed a steady decline in service and an increase in cost! Steamroom not working, plunge pool blocked off, one of the spa's blocked off etc etc.



All of the decent staff leave to go free lance. When they get a class that is popular with the members - normally down to the instructor - the studio program gets changed!



But the biggest problem I have with this gym - if you have a problem don't even bother going to the general manager - basically they're not going to do anything!



I am going to be cancelling my membership this month, fingers crossed I don't have any problems (will be emailing, hand delivering and recorded delivery just to be sure they get the message!)
