well im 14 and my hairdresser suggested i use it, as i have very healthy light brown/golden blonde hair and i dont want to dye it cos it will look ratty. anyway i bought it and put it in damp hair (at begging of summer) and just let it dry naturally while i slept. no immediate differnce. carried on as usual didnt reapply. and about 1 week later my hair was lightend drastically. like magic, my natural blonde highlights came out and everyone was commenting. i only put it in 2 or 3 times a year and it just get lighter gradually in the sun. defiantly recommend it!!
