General Comments
I booked a car hire with them and realized after 45 min that I've put the wrong time (9:00 instead of 17:00) I called and been told that's its too late (23:00) to change in the system and contact the provider (Europcar) and I should contact Europcar myself ?!??. After some discussion about not adding any value except passing around information (to Europcar), the person agreed to change the booking by cancelling the old booking and making a new one. All fine except when I got the confirmation email for a new booking, a 10 GBP "Telesale fee" has been added to the total !??!!?!
