Good Points
None.

Bad Points
The driver crowded 13 persons into a small non air conditioned van.
They insisted on a pick-up time that got us to airport 4 3/4 hours before our flight even though it was queried vis a second call to them. They explained that pick-ups at various hotels and traffic made this necessary. Because the tickets were paid for in advance through Expedia we went with their recommendation which was a big mistake.

General Comments
This service (or lack thereof) should be avoided at all cost. Taxis in NYC are plentiful, and unless you are travelling alone, are just as cheap and far more comfortable and reliable for trips to and from the airports in NYC.
