General Comments
When I booked my ticket to the U.S. with Ebookers, the title on the ticket came out as MR instead of MS. I noticed it immediately, and I called immediately (while still on-line). They said it was "no problem to fix". How did they fix this? They purchased another ticket for me under MS and charged BOTH tickets to my credit card. When I discovered this and phoned them, they said I would be refunded as soon as the tickets were issued. I called when I returned from my trip two weeks later, and I was told the refund would take 8 weeks. I have called again, I am still waiting...
