Difficult to use, when it even works that is

General Comments
Creative Zem Micro is the worse thing I have ever received in my life. My parents bought it for me for Christmas. It took me 4 months to figure out how to make the player work with my computer. After that it work perfectly. It was the best thing in the world. Then when I went to charge it, it went completely blank. I have tried everything to make the player turn on, but there is nothing.
