Good Points
Sound quality, appearance...

Bad Points
For me, seems to be no accessories, belt clip broke, touch pad worked sometime, not a very user friendly menu. I formatted it and was told Creative I couldn't reload the improved firmware, they said they would for $65.

General Comments
Other than the sound there wasn't much to like about the Zen Micro. Since I got Zen Vision M which is great. I really don't have anything to compare the Zen Micro with since it was my first MP3 player.
