Good Points
Good picture, attractive unit.

General Comments
18 months later it stopped working, the main circuit board was faulty. It will cost £450 to completely replace the circuit board: Hitachi sent me a letter confirming that "due to the age of the television" (18 months?) they will not assist in the repair. It will be easier and advisable to scrap the television and buy a new one.
