Needed NCB period for new insurer. Telephoned and after waiting (6th in queue) was assured that I would be emailed with confirmation of NCB within minutes - NOTHING..!
Telephoned again 3 hours later - waited and waited (21st in queue) then gave up.
Tried to get an operator for online chat... no success.
Finally, emailed but now 5 hours later nothing forthcoming.
Simple request, they must dozens of these each day but not even an acknowledgement that its being dealt with. Poor communication and another reason why we changed to another insurer that offered same terms but at half the price of the renewal fee.
