“Worst Company Ever”

I bought a Leaf Blower from tool-net which on receipt I couldn't get started, the instructions were hopeless and after 30 minutes of trying I gave up. I tried to call them to find they don't take calls and only deal with issues by email. Through email they directed me to their supplier to deal with the return. After chasing several times for my refund I was then told there was nothing wrong with the product and that I would have to pay an admin fee and the carriage. After much trying I eventually talked to the manager of Tool-Net. He told me it was my issue I couldn't start the product and Genpower had no problems therefore I had to pay for the return. On asking to talk to a Director I was told Tool-net Directors don't talk to customers it was customer policy. After debating the issue with the manager for 30 minutes we had to agree to resolve the issue through Pay Pal. My bad luck to have ever come across this company and I would advise you steer well clear there are other suppliers of the same product who will deal with you if you have an issue rather than hand you off and try and wear you down.
