Unprofessional in every way. There was only one woman who seemed to care in the customer service department, who helped me out by chasing up other departments. I would not recommend to anyone. In fact check out my hyperink below which is a voicemail message I received when my contract was terminated. They seem to find it funny when telling me the message.
