Completely misleading delivery estimates! I placed an order with Dixons.co.uk and their website states that delivery is normally 3 working days. It is now 4 working days since I placed my order and the item has not even left the warehouse yet! When I called them to complaint I was informed that it will take another 3 working days to be delivered. They said that the '3 working days' stated on their website refers to the time from when the courier receives the item for delivery, *NOT* from the date of your order. Not pleased!!
