“Apart from highly variable internet speeds, our phone...”

Apart from highly variable internet speeds, our phone is down for the second time, and three weeks for them to fix it, apart from the huge charges for calling a landline in the UK, apart from their call centre 'customer services' which sounds like they have rope instead of phone lines, apart from all that, they're great!
