I ordered this last Saturday and at the time of ordering was told an email would be sent immediately and goods would arrive in 3-5days.



No email but when I emailed Customer Services, I go a reply pretty soon after asking for my phone number and convenient time. I replied but got the same (autmomated) email back.



Looking online I found lots of complaints about customer service and frankly was so worried by adverse reviews I contacted my credit card company to see if I was covered if there was a problem.



The goods arrived on the morning of the 3rd working day and are working fine.

An email arrived this morning asking if I'd got the goods ok.

If emails were sorted, they would be fine.
