Good Points
I liked the Old Towne Rush. A great boat! It could turn on a dime, and kept up with most of the kayaks we have been out with. It is stable and maneuverable and comfortable. It can handle children or adults easily.
Bad Points
There was nothing about the Otter that I didn't like. One could store gear for the day or overnight.
General Comments
All in all the Old Time Rush is a great boat for children or adults. It would make for a great beginner boat, or one for the paddler who wants to get out by him/herself for the day. It is hefty, and it may take two people to lift althought I know some who can put this boat on or off their vehicle independently.
The price is right and you could paddle it all day comfortably due to the comfortable and adjustable seat. I would not hesitate to take it out on lakes, bays, or moving water.
