Advertised good rates to call Jamaica

No calls are ever processed, customer service is a joke, the rep was obnoxious and rude

General Comments
I asked for a supervisor or manager and even the owner information, she advised me that I was wasting my time. She threatening and continued to hang the phone up every time that I called thereafter (56 times).
