Good Points
The apartments are clean and nice. The buffet food is fabulous and the service is excellent. The whole site is clean and friendly. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Entertainment is great for the kids. All the staff make efforts for you to enjoy your stay.

Bad Points
The only bad point that I can think of and I am being picky is when we first arrived and got on the coach for transfer, the rep seemed to have abit of a slight attitude. The location is fairly remote so if you do want to go out of the complex it is a definite taxi or bus ride.

General Comments
The Benalmadena, Holiday Village Apartments are a lovely family holiday location if you want to do nothing more than eat, drink and chill and get some good family time. We have got back today and are looking to book another holiday village. We have spent the week relaxing and doing nothing. I haven't flown for years and this experience has made me feel more comfortable about going abroad. We would recommend this place but make sure you go all inclusive as self catering seems to be expensive.
