I received an email about a recurring payment through paypal that I NEVER agreed to. When I challenged the payment through paypal they brushed me off saying I must have agreed to it and wouldn't be able to provide protection for me and/or refund the monies to me. There was no email sent out to confirm this alleged "recurring" payment and the customer service was so poor that I hope to God they change their procedures to avoid other customers suffering a wrongful debit such as I have.
I used to favour paypal but I will never recommend them to anyone again. They are supposed to be secure but they can't even get basic customer service right. DO NOT USE.
