Not many, but hopefully the interest rate will come true.

Bad Points
Customer service.

General Comments
They lost documents, and they failed to phone when promised.



I ended up making loads of phone calls and visits to the Halifax regarding the Save4 it Children's savings account. This is not the bank or account for children to learn about saving.
