I have to say that the e-mail access is better since the the transfer from Tiscali to Talk Talk and I do not get any spam stuff like before. However their overall service is diabolical especially if you have a problem and need to talk to them. No ownership taken and different advice given. They gave a me a "free" router but debited my account with £25 on the same day. When I complained they said that a credit would appear but only on the 1st of the following month. What a con, I had to pay the £25 that month.
I wish I felt confident about moving back to BT but I don't
