Talk Talk service. If you're thinking of signing up, think again. I was unable to receive e-mails on my Lineone account for 6 weeks till I FINALLY spoke to someone who understood what I was on about. Their Customer Service/Helpdesk service is terrible - I was told twice that people would get back to me and no-one did; 4 people gave me 4 different reasons for my problem, none correct, and one a phone number that took me full circle. Their website is poorly thought out (they need lessons from Amazon) and appears to do everything to prevent you speaking to someone who might help you. They do not appear to understand the accounts they inherited from Tiscali and pre-Tiscali (Lineone). Gmail is much better for spam and much easier to use.
