Good Points
Easy to use, at first it was free and relatively good at keeping spam at bay.

Bad Points
Slow, now you have to pay for it.

General Comments
Never had any bother in the last 5 years of using this service so I paid £15 for a year (mainly because I left it to the last minute and had to pay to get access to e-mails)

Since then, I've been inundated with spam despite using their tools, it seems to run slower and this latest downtime (3 days so far) is the final straw, don't bother.
