Why was I forced to give it one star, it's not worth it. Tiscali was fine for many years before Talk Talk took it over. I could believe that TT want to get rid of Tiscali customers by discriminating against them on line speed and access. Broadband is erratic, sometimes on sometimes off. Customer service is less than ZERO. My telephone line is so bad that sometimes I can't hear at all, can I get them to fix it? Can I even talk to someone in this country? I've had enough I'm going elsewhere!
