The worst thing is their lack of customer support. There is absolutely no way you can talk to anyone, and if you contact by email with the problem, a standard email comes back which does not apply to problem. My mother, elderly, used tiscali, when her connection suddenly disappeared she was without connection for 5 weeks, they still took her money. Every time they said they would call, they didn't. Now the same is happening to me. She changed to BT and straight away was connected. Avoid like the plague.I am in contract, but may pay to get out.
