Tiscali Webmail (now Talktalk)
my 'scores' are based on the catastrophe that is the recent upgrade! it has been awful, and is still today over a week since my accounts were transferred to the new platform diabolical.
I have 3 accounts, 2'tiscali' and 1 'tinyworld' that shows how long I have used this webmail, and before the upgrade I had never had a problem. Now one of the accounts is totally inaccessable and of course it is my most important one! I can understand things go wrong but to not keep customers updated with what is happening, or reply to email complaints and queries is unprofessional - I would no longer recommend this organisation, as an outsider it seems to me they did no adequate testing and now cannot cope with the problems they have generated themselves. DO NOT USE THEM.
