“A disgrace. ”

A disgrace.



Having come back from holiday a week ago I still have been able to clear through the 60 or so e-mails sitting there (when I'm lucky enough to get as far as my inbox).



Used Tiscali for many years - just on the webmail at the moment as the best deal for broadband was with BT due to having to get a new phone line when I moved house. Was hoping to perhaps go back to Tiscali/TalkTalk when my renewal comes up, but now there's no chance I will consider them again.



Even some honest feedback and updates would be more reassuring. The last thing they posted was 2 days ago:

Some of our consumers have been experiencing slow performance on our webmail. Our engineers are working on this now to ensure we resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please bear with us as we address these issues. Spam is a growing problem, with more than 9 out of 10 emails being unwanted spam. We are making changes to help you manage this. The Spam folder will be temporarily inactive, while we make these changes."



If only the performance were just slow, rather than non-existent!!!
