Good Points
Useful with good clear instructions

Bad Points
Packed in with a blank screen after only 12 months. No response from customer support, they don't seem to know what they're supposed to say. Won't buy one again, try another make. !

General Comments
Relatively new technology, fun to have and use but Tom Tom must make them more reliable, I think competition in the trade will make a huge difference. Get your act together Tom Tom!
