'Fitted' a new front tyre to my polo and buckled the wheel in the process. I complained when they drove the car back out to me and was told the tyre was like that when they took the hubcap off....yet you couldn't actually get the hubcap to sit back over it once they had 'fitted' the new tyre. Avoid avoid avoid AVOID!
