The service before this update was poor but ok (even for subscribers) because you could uplift your legacy mail reasonably well, and visit occasionally to manage the mailbox. The new Talktalk webmail is appalling - the worst I have ever seen. If they have no interest in providing email as part of the service, they should say so.
