Have to agree with many of the points already made. I have been having consistent problems with the Tiscali Broadband which seems just to drop out and can take hours or even days to re-connect. A friend said the same thing. I am trying to run a Sonos music system through my Ipad which means that when Tiscali is down I cannot surf the net, pick up e-mails or play music. Time to change to another provider.
