We first got Pipex broadband - fantastic for its time. It was a great deal, but when Pipex was taken over by Tiscali our speed began to falter. THEN Tiscali was taken over by the notorious TalkTalk, renowned for poor customer service and general poor quality.

Needless to say, our connection is now awful. I actually have to pause a one minute youtube video and come back to see if it has loaded a few minutes later. Usually it hasn't.

Once I actually had to wait TWO DAYS to download a demo of a game. This was not a especially large game and traffic to download it was not large.

So this is my warning: DO NOT EVER get Tiscali internet.
