I hate talktalk with a passion! I was originally with AOL, and then talktalk took over and gave appalling service. so decided to move to Tiscali, then a few months later, just my luck, talktalk took over tiscali too! Since then my internet has been very slow and in some days would not even connect at all, but I persevered because their customer service was just ridiculous and very unhelpful, just going round in circle! Recently my TV and internet stopped working, when i rung talktalk, apparently i cancelled my account with them! I protested that i have not cancelled my account with them and wish for my account to be reinstated. They said for them to reinstate my account, they will have to put me into a new 12 months contract which cost much more then my original contract and pay an installation fee!!! Outrageous, they even admitted that the cancellation of our account was a technical fault of their own after doing some research, yet I am the one who is going to be out of pocket! Please please stay away from TalkTalk!!! PS. I WOULD HAVE PREFFERED NOT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS AT ALL IF IT WOULD HAVE ALLOWED IT.
