Glad I am not the only one experiencing problems since the migration of tiscali e-mail to talktalk. I have similar problems with trying to access my e-mails. On one occasion it told me that I was banned from receiving any more e-mails until I emptied my mail box, then a few minutes later the next time I logged in it said I was only using 3% of my capability. Then it restored over 150 e-mails that I deleted over a week ago and later on deleted them again. It also tends to log you off whilst you are in the middle of opening your e-mails, when you happen to be lucky enough to gain access. The e-mail service from talktalk at present is absolutely awful, what is going on?
