Good Points
Easy to create accounts, and fairly good control panels.

Bad Points
Very poor customer relations. If you have a dispute and go over the 30 day money back guarantee period, they will not give you a refund whether the service is working or not. Be sure to read their terms and conditions carefully.

General Comments
I have been a customer of Fasthosts for seven years. I took their free trial of their email services. I could not get the system to work the way I needed to, so I looked at other providers. I found the right solution but forgot to cancel the account with Fasthosts email. I received a notification that my card had been charged with £200, and so I asked for a refund as the system did not work. They refused, despite several emails pointing out that the system did not work, and I was entitled to a refund under these conditions. They boasted that they had over a million customers, and if I was not happy I could close the account, but they would not give a refund.
