I have worked in most of them, and therefore I had to eat in many of them as well. Very Unfortunate. Most food at La Tasca is not prepared fresh and and they are cooked or reheated in Microwaves. So, diners always have a choice of eating microwaved or fried food. I could not even bring myself to eat the free staff food that we were given. It just does not taste nice except the freshly cooked paella sharers. But, still the flavour and standard of them still are not up to the standards of a paella you would eat independently run Tapas restaurant. I would lie to myself if I could recommend it to anyone who has even mediocre taste and dining-out experience. Imagine the staff not being able to bear themselves to eat the food they serve. Seriously go somewhere else.
