La Tasca bristol Cabot circus. Lunch . The food was in general poor but edible. The deep fried prawn dish was good. However the bread dish was like a findus frozen pizza, the chorizo tasted reheated a number of times and the paella was just rice. We ate , we were hungry. The main problem was the price 4-5 pounds per tapas plate . We actually counted what we got for our money. Prawns £1.25 per prawn, 4 in the dish. Olives 30p each, ten in dish . Did not count the rice , paella dish, but probably 5p per grain. You get the idea, between the three of us and the 7 dishes and wine we had spent £55 for a meal for 1 and 1/2 people . I sat in this place looking at the gourmet burger kitchen across the mall thinking I'm hungry I wish i had cash left to buy a good tasting burger.
