General Comments
As a local of Fulham, I'd always wanted to eat in this lovely bit of Fulham that La Tasca occupies.

Unfortunately, they did not have the choice of drinks that were on the menu - the beer choice was extremely limited - and the waitress was unsure whether the wine we ordered was available but offered to get us any Rose!

We ordered Chorizo in red wine and chicken skewers as a starter. I thought the Chorizo in red wine was disappointing, both the chorizo and the sauce were beyond bland. The chicken skewers were worryingly lukeawrm - apparently reheated and not reheated right through.

We waited the 45 minutes, as per the menu, for a seafood paella which seemed overcooked, stodgy rice burnt onto the sides of the pan at the top of the dish, contained mainly chicken(?), and the seafood that it did contain was dry. Cracked mussel shells decorated the dish.

Altogether a huge disappointment and at £50 an experience I won't be trying at any La Tasca in the future.
